Detail Itinerary

Full day Phulchowki – Phulchowki (2760 m) is the highest of the mountains encircling the Kathmandu valley. This broad-leafed-sub tropical forest is the richest for birds and wildlife in the valley and remains the most convenient place to see some of the birds that are rare or local to Nepal. Phulchowki lies 18 km south east of Kathmandu above Godawari village (1525 m) Visit for Bird Watching. Pack lunch will be provided.

Post breakfast drive to Chitwan National Park (180kms, Approx. 5hrs. drive).rnThe Chitwan National park lies in the Terai region of southern Nepal and is reputed to be the best managed National in Asia. It encompasses an area of 360 square miles of sub – tropical forests comprising of grasslands, Sal forests and riverine forests. The diversity of this luxuriant vegetation provides the ideal habitat for the over 53 different kinds of mammals and the 525 different species of birds which have made Chitwan their home. Overnight at Jungle Lodge near the Park.rnIn the evening Tharu Cultural Show, and briefing about next day’s program.

Early morning elephant back safari and then back to resort for Breakfast. Till lunch free for individual activities. PM jeep drive into deep forest about 3 hours subject to available, other wise another Elephant Safari for two hours. Then back to resort.

Evening boating in Fewa Lake for an hour.

Morning drive to Sanrangkot, to view Sunrise and drive back to hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast sightseeing of Pokhara including World Peace Stupa, Davis Fall, Gupteswor mahadev Cave.

Post breakfast drive to Kathmandu (200 kms, Approx 6 hrs. drive), overnight at your hotel.

we visit the medieval city of Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgaon. It is situated about 17 kms east of Kathmandu and was one of the three kingdoms of the Mallas. Here we shall visit the Lion Gate, picture Gallery, beautifully embellished golden gate and 17th century palace of Fifty-five Windows. The city’s ancient temples and palaces are magnificent examples of Newari craftsmanship with their beautiful carved wooden windows and latticework, and Bhaktapur’s people are still renowned for their pottery and hand-woven Fabrics, including the traditional local red and black saris.rnrnIf time permits then, we visit Pashupati Nath – Pashupatinath Temple, famous for its superb architecture, two-tiered golden roof and silver doors. Built in 1696 and dedicated to Lord Shiva, Pashupatinath is the most sacred of Nepal’s Hindu temples and a famous pilgrimage site.

Transfer to TIA for Final Departure.
