Continue for a visit to Swayambhunath, the oldest Buddhist shrine, said to be 2000 years old. The stupa is situated on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the city. Looking east from here one can see the entire Kathmandu valley spread out below.
Travel to Patan City, an artistic and architectural jewel founded in 250 AD, and previously known as Lalitpur. Sometimes it is known as the “Town with a Thousand Golden Roofs.” Here we shall visit the Durbar Square, Royal Baths, Mahaboudha, Krishna Mandir and Hirayana Mahabihar Temple (The Golden Temple). We also visit a Tibetan Handicraft Centre.
Transfer to the airport and fly to Pokhara upon arrival transfer to Fishtail Lodge or Grande. Afternoon Sightseeing of Pokhara City.
Early morning drive and hike to Sarangkot for sunrise. We have to walk for about 45 minutes to reach the top from where we can see the close magnificent views of the Annapurna ranges, Fishtail, mountain and the Dhauligiri ranges. Full day sightseeing tour of Davis fall locally known as Pataale Chhango is an awesome waterfall lying about two km south-west of Pokhara airport on the way to Tansen. Legend had it that a trekker was washed away by the Pardi River and mysteriously disappeared down into an underground passage beneath the fall. This fall is more beautiful during the rainy season when the water is high. And a famous Cave beside Davi’s fall is another attraction of visitors there. We also visit the Bindabasani Temple which is the center of religious activity in the old bazaar. This white dome like structure dominates a spacious stone paved courtyard built atop a shady hilltop. It is dedicated to goddess Bhagawati, yet another manifestation of Shakti. On the way back to the hotel we visit the Mahendra Pul to see the flow of the Seti River very deep down.
Drive to River put in Point Charaudi and commence 2 days rafting in the Trishuli River. After the crew assembles the equipments the river guide will explain you about the use of safety equipments and river procedures. During the raft you will hit a number of rapids rating from 3-5 grade. All the rapids are given a name. We lunch on the sandy beach. Your first camp will be below Kuringhat, where the crew members will pitch the tent for you. In the evening you will be served with a delicious meals prepared by the crews. Overnight in TENT or Riverside Spring Resort.
Your second day on the river is more scenic float down through the deep Canyon, where you will encounter few small rapids. Your raft ends after lunch then drive Couple of hours to the Chitwan National park, Chitwan National Park. It is the home of the great one horned rhinoceros, sloth bear, wild boar, Gaur (bison), 4 species of Deers, 2 species of Monkeys, 2 species of Crocodiles, Leopard, the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, over 525 species of birds and various other Reptiles. In the style of the famous African lodges has created a luxury accommodation where guests enjoy their own large and spacious rooms with rosewood furniture, canopied patio and attached bathroom, equipped with modern facilities… One can also experience the abundant birdlife and the flora and fauna of the park.
In the afternoon you will be taken for the jungle activities.

First hour after breakfast you will visit the medieval city of Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgaon. It is situated about 17 kms. East of Kathmandu and was one of the three kingdoms of the Mallas. Here we shall visit the Lion Gate, Picture Gallery, beautiful embellished Golden Gate and 17th century Palace of Fifty fife Windows. The city’s ancient temples and palaces are magnificent examples of Newari craftsmanship with their beautiful carved wooden windows and latticework, and Bhaktapur’s people are still renowned for their pottery and hand woven fabrics, including the traditional local red and black saris.
After lunch break, you will visit the Pashupatinath Temple, famous for its superb architecture, two – tiered golden roof and sliver doors. Built in 1696 and dedicated to Lord Shiva, Pashupatinath is the most sacred of Nepal’s Hindu temples and a famous pilgrimage site. Before returning to the city, we also pay a visit to Boudhanath, the world’s largest stupa, and a site of great veneration for Buddhists.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the final departure back home.
